Outdoor Learning

Outdoor Learning forms an important part of what we do here at Old Basing Infant School to further embed our vision of creating a generation of children who have a love of learning for life. Outdoor learning here is not a bolt on; it is a tool to support our curriculum . We take the children out into the local environment when it is the best and most efficient way to introduce and support learning. We use our outdoor environment to generate ideas, hook children into learning and to offer an additional layer of stimulation and enthusiasm for our children.
